As of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, Google had not yet added a screenshot function to Chrome's editor option on Android devices. However, Google frequently updates its products and services, so it's possible that this feature has been added since then or may be added in the future.
In general, Chrome on Android devices does have a screenshot function, which can be accessed by pressing the power and volume down buttons at the same time. This will take a screenshot of the current screen and save it to your device's gallery. There are also many third-party screenshot apps available on the Google Play Store that can offer more advanced features and options for taking and editing screenshots on Android devices.
